- The Detroit techno pioneer will head back to Australia this July.
- Juan Atkins will visit Australia next month to play shows in Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney. Atkins remains highly active in the scene, with his latest full-length release, a collaboration with Moritz von Oswald, dropping just last week on Tresor. His first visit to the country since 2010 will begin in Melbourne on July 13th. There he will play the next edition of Smalltown at Brown Alley, sharing a bill with PRK boss Phil Kieran and Glaswegian veteran Funk D'Void. The following night, Atkins hits Sugar in Adelaide for an In The Deep End party which features 12" Phildo and the ITDE DJs on support duties. His third and final show will be with Sydney promoters Astral People, who will be taking over The Basement on July 20th with locals Magda Bytnerowicz, Ben Fester and James Walsh.
