Tale Of Us, Sonja Moonear and Âme will also head to La Playa Hammamet this August.
EPHEMERE Festival has announced full details of its debut edition, running across August 12th and 13th.
The two-day electronic music and visual art event will take place in the coastal town of Hammamet in north-east Tunisia. La Playa Hammamet, one of the town's main beaches, will host two stages, one for international house and techno acts and one with a more raucous and local lean. Dixon, Tale Of Us and Âme are the headliners, with support from Sonja Moonear, Matt Tolfrey, Lake People, dOP and Nightmares On Wax. The music will for 12 hours each day, kicking off at 4 PM.
EPHEMERE is a collaboration between travel agency Destination Clubbing and the Tunisian tourist board (ONTT), supported by various cultural institutes from across the North African country. To launch the festival, the organisers ran a series of pop-up "happenings," inviting local musicians to perform live in bookshops, hotels and fishmongers. The results are captured in the video below.
