The house music legend will spin in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
Tony Humphries will bring his influential Jersey house sound to the West Coast for a pair of dates later this month.
He'll play at San Francisco's Mighty club on Friday, July 18th, alongside David Harness and Jayvi Velasco, before heading south to appear at Marques Wyatt'sDeep LA. Wyatt's Deep party recently celebrated its 10-year anniversary, and has played host to Ron Trent, Kerri Chandler and the late Frankie Knuckles during its run in Hollywood.
Humphries, who got his start filling in for Shep Pettibone on KISS-FM NY in 1981, shows no sign of slowing down. The Brooklyn native popularized the garage house sound via residencies at Newark's Club Zanzibar and Ministry of Sound. Check out a mix he recently prepared for the 50th edition of the Southport Weekender below.
