- The Montreal festival will showcase Kompakt artists at Paris's Cité De La Mode Et Du Design next month.
- Piknic Électronik Paris will take over the rooftop of Cité De La Mode Et Du Design on Saturday, April 4th. Following previous satellite events in Barcelona, Melbourne and Dubai, the Montreal promoter will continue its international expansion in Paris on the invitation of Chromatic Festival. For the occasion they'll take over the rooftop of Cité De La Mode Et Du Design. The festival will host a daytime Kompakt showcase with label affiliates Sascha Funke and Patrice Baumel behind the decks. On the live front, the label will be represented by Cologne's Coma and Dutch duo Weval. Local DJ Eliott Litrowski, who's affiliated with Paris's Cracki Records, completes the bill. Doors run from 12 PM through 9 PM. Tickets for the event are available here on RA.
