Blkmarket Membership turns nine with Black Coffee

- Blkmarket Membership has shared their spring and summer schedule, including a month-long party series marking their anniversary. The veteran afterhours promoters will launch head first into the spring season. This weekend they've got Alexi Delano, DeWalta and Binh on the lineup for a warehouse shindig at an undisclosed location in Brooklyn. They'll return on May 16th with a ten-hour affair that features Romanian DJs Kozo and Cezar, which—weather permitting—will start on a rooftop and head indoors later in the night. Nina Kraviz will helm a showcase for her own imprint ???? (pronounced "trip") on the 28th, bringing label artists Bjarki (playing live) and Exos with her to NYC. Their month-long string of anniversary dates kicks off on Saturday, June 6th with a combined live-and-DJ set from Blkmarket favorite Masomenos, playing alongside Makam, a Dutch artist making his US debut at the party. Sven Weisemann will take the controls during a boat ride on the Hudson River on June 13th, leading up to an extended set from Black Coffee at a daytime event towards the end of the month. They'll close out the birthday festivities with one more daytime gig that features Lake People and more artists TBA, in mid-July. Residents Taimur and Fahad will also oversee the dance floor at their Le Bain residency on May 3rd, May 31st and June 21st. Tickets for these events are available on RA.
