The eclectic DJ will be joined by Auntie Flo, Romare and Channel One Sound on August 1st.
Oval Space has outlined its plans for the next six weeks, including an all-day Global Rhythms bash on Saturday, August 1st.
The 15-hour party is a collaboration between promoters Just A Little and Tremors.. Gilles Peterson headlines, and he'll be joined by Romare, Channel One Sound, Auntie Flo and Werkha, who will perform with a live band. Doors open at 3 PM. The rest of August is a mixed bag: Mister Sunday returns with Eamon Harkin on the 2nd, followed a week later by Half Baked on the 9th (Raresh) and a performance of Arthur Russell's instrumentals directed by Exchange interviewee Peter Gordon on the 10th, as part of East London's Visions Festival.
Still to come in July, We Concur host Michael Mayer, Extrawelt, Robag Wruhme and more across 16 hours on the 11th. DJ Tennis drops by for Terrace on the 12th, before Groove Armada head up a Lovebox afterparty bill on the 17th that also includes Jimmy Edgar and Max Graef. Terrace returns on Sunday the 26th, with a Lakuti DJ set and a live turn from Portable.
