- The record will come out via De Song Music in July.
The next album from Culoe De Song will be released on De Song Music in July.
Titled Washa, the 18-track LP will be the South African house producer's fourth full-length. It arrives three years after Exodus for Soulistic Music, a high-profile South African label with ties to Black Coffee and Zakes Bantwini. In the meantime, De Song released the Y.O.U.D. EP, a well-received two-tracker for Innervisions. Washa, set for release on July 8th, will be the first record out via De Song Music, a new label set up by De Song for his own productions.
"Washa is a story of overcoming fear and bringing faith into life," De Song says about the album. "Growing up, self-doubt has been my biggest enemy, but I seemed to achieve so many things when I address the will to do them."
Stream album cut "Zimele."
