Leeds venue Church to host #saveourculture party for fabric

- This weekend's fundraising event will feature Kölsch, Mathew Jonson and Craig Richards.
- New Leeds club Church will host a #saveourculture party this weekend in support of fabric's battle to reopen. The #saveourculture campaign is a collaboration between some of the UK's biggest club promoters to raise money for fabric's appeal against Islington Council's decision to revoke its license. The Leeds date is the latest to be announced, following three parties in London and one at Manchester's Warehouse Project. Kölsch and fabric resident Craig Richards will DJ at the party on Friday, October 28th, joined by Mathew Jonson, who will play live. The #saveourculture series began earlier this month in London. Two parties are still to come at Great Suffolk Street: December 3rd with Nina Kraviz, Alan Fitzpatrick and Barker & Baumecker, followed by Luke Slater, Function, Jamie Jones and KiNK on December 10th. The Warehouse Project event will have a more raucous lean, with Wiley, Danny Brown and DJ Hype among the guests. For more on Church, listen to creative director Dave Beer's recent RA Exchange.
