Optimo head for the Tasman this New Year's

- JG Wilkes and JD Twitch will spend the first week of 2017 in Australia and New Zealand.
- Optimo will tour Australia and New Zealand this New Year's. The eclectic pairing of Glaswegian diggers JG Wilkes and JD Twitch will return to the region just in time to see in 2017. They'll begin their visit with a set at Lost Paradise, the three-day camping festival held at Glenworth Valley around an hour north of Sydney, which runs from December 29th to 31st. On New Year's Day, Optimo join the bill for Melbourne crew Animals Dancing's annual celebration, which this time will also feature Lena Willikens and Pender Street Steppers playing at the Mercat Cross Hotel. On January 6th they jet over to Auckland to spin all night for Friendly Potential at Whammy Bar, then on the 7th they wrap things up with a Motorik day party at Manning Bar with DJ HMC, Abstraxion and Francis Xavier.
