Brooklyn Steel will host an LCD Soundsystem residency that consists of seven shows.
They inaugurated the Williamsburg venue in April with a run of five performances. On their first night they debuted three songs— "American Dream," "Call Police" and "Tonight"—from their forthcoming album, which is now finished, according to a Facebook post from two weeks ago. The band will return this Friday for another residency, this time with seven gigs on the schedule. There are three in a row this weekend—the 16th, 17th and 18th. Then next week there are four—the 20th, 21st, 23rd and 24th.
