- The American harpist will release her next LP in May.
Mary Lattimore's next album is due out via Ghostly International.
Lattimore recorded most of Hundreds Of Days during a residency at the Headlands Center For The Arts, in the hills outside of San Francisco. It draws on her move away from the East Coast, and the distinct shift in mood from one place to another.
"My time at the Headlands Center was a nostalgia detox," she says, "a way to press reset in a healthy way. Also breathing in the freshest air in America, straight off of the ocean, felt good." The album mostly centers on her own harp playing, which she layers with keyboard, guitar, theremin and grand piano.
Watch Lattimore perform live at a house in Silver Lake, Los Angeles for RA's Community Connections event in December.
Listen to "Hello From The Edge Of The Earth."
