- Out in February, Canciónes Intactas covers the highlights of his decades-long career.
Phantom Limb has detailed the release of Canciónes Intactas, a compilation of highlights from Miguel Noya's career.
Starting out in the mid-'80s, the Venezuela-based synth head wrote most of his music during periods of economic and political instability in the country. The record compiles nine tracks from his catalog. Out next year, the album will be remastered and pressed onto a double-LP.
Miguel Noya is a composer and former teacher of computer music in Caracas. Earlier this year, he released a collaborative record, Samliku, with Paul Godwin and Robert Jürjendal. He has also self-released several solo albums throughout this career, including 1984's Gran Sabana and 1990 LP Ángeles Enviados.
