The LA-based producer will release his fourth album on February 21st, along with the first installment of his documentary series about the label's creation.
Claude VonStroke's first solo album since 2013 is due out next month.
Arriving via VonStroke's own Dirtybird label, the release of Freaks & Beaks coincides with the outlet's 15th anniversary. The LP will land in conjunction with other celebratory releases and events, including the debut of a documentary series exploring the label's development and an LA art show showcasing the label's brand and art.
Also forthcoming is the release of the imprint's coffee-table book, with book-signing events taking place in London and New York. Finally, on the day of the album's release, VonStroke will open his world tour with a show at Berlin's Kater Blau, followed by a performance at London's fabric the next day.
Born in Detroit, Claude VonStroke is an LA-based producer at the helm of the DirtyBird label. Throughout his career, he's put out three albums on the label, and has worked with the likes of Green Velvet, Bootsy Collins and Kevin Saunderson. His last solo album Urban Animal was released in 2013 and was followed by a remix LP in 2014.
