The new Actress album, 88, is here.
Yesterday, the UK artist said he would release a new album on Bandcamp in 24 hours. The album is indeed available on Bandcamp, but requires that you guess the answer to the clue "fate with love" on the website whoisactress.com.
The album was released at midnight as a single, 48-minute, 49-second track. Actress shared the tracklist on Twitter earlier today. The 88 download comes with a PDF detailing the long-awaited Actress album Karma & Desire. That one is due in October 2020, reveals the PDF, presumably via Ninja Tune. The 17-track LP apparently includes a number of features and collaborations that are, for the moment, obscured by ∆ symbols. Another password of unknown use is included at the bottom of the PDF.
