- DJ Mag's reigning no. 1 DJ in the world, German trancemeister Paul van Dyk, is heading to Australia to tour following the Winter Music Conference in Miami in 2006.
The king of trance is heading to Australia to tour the country after he's finished whipping the crowds into a frenzy at the Winter Music Conference in Miami in 2006. Paul van Dyk has been going from strength to strength in his career as a Dj and producer.
His latest achievement was to knock fellow trance DJ Tiesto off the number one spot in the DJ Mag Top 100 Poll. Whether you buy into DJ Mag's poll or not, PvD is now the reigning world No. 1 DJ! This achievement followed on from his release earlier this year of the album Politics of Dancing 2.
PvD's tour will traverse Australian capital cities and Bendigo during late March and April in 2006. Tickets for the events will be on sale from January 2, so keep reading RA for tour updates.
