  • Danny Daze is unveiling a new live audiovisual show specifically for planetariums at Miami Art Week Writing on Instagram, the Omnidisc boss called BLUE "a 33-minute audiovisual expedition geared towards having the observer understand how sound may look." His visual collaborators are Sensory Works, Joseph Nickson and Konx Om Pax. BLUE derives inspiration from Daze's forthcoming album, details of which are still TBA. The show "takes a purposeful dive into deeper sound design driven by the idea of using our subconscious entities to help sequence the final output," he continued. Daze will perform BLUE twice—7 PM and 8:45 PM—at Miami's Frost Planetarium on December 1st as part of Refraction Festival. Here's his post in full.
Update, November 17th: The lede was updated to reflect that BLUE was written specifically for planetariums.
