- Five tracks of deconstructed club music by Taiwanese artists, out now.
A new compilation on Tzusing's Sea Cucumber label pays tribute to FINAL, a pivotal club in Taipei's underground nightlife.
Spanning five tracks, the digital release includes experimental club music and techno from local artists B E N N, jondu, Lujiachi, Meuko! Meuko! and Sandy's Trace. Tzusing curated the record, which is out now, with the intention of creating a love letter to FINAL and Taipei's various electronic music subcultures.
Founded in 2018 by Hsu Chieh, FINAL is known for its focus on local acts as well as international names like Shygirl, GAIKA, Objekt and LSDXOXO. "I think FINAL can really put Taiwan on the map a bit more as far as making more cutting-edge electronic music," Tzusing said in a statement.
